Jonathan I. Nirenberg, David H. Ben-Asher and Harold Rabner are New Jersey employment lawyers. A History of Commitment in Representing Employees and EntrepreneursAttorneys at our New Jersey employment law firm have worked in both the private and public sectors. For instance, in addition to a successful career in private practice, David H. Ben-Asher served as Chief Counsel to, and later as a hearing examiner for, the New Jersey Division on Civil Rights. Harold Rabner served as a clerk to the Chief Justice of the New Jersey Supreme Court and also is a former federal prosecutor.
