For our first 35 years, we were located in Upper Montclair, which is in Essex County, New Jersey. In early 2023, we relocated to our current office in Montvale, which is in Bergen County, New Jersey. We continue to represent clients throughout New Jersey, as well as ones who work in New York City, and Westchester and Rockland County, New York.
Our law firm represents all levels of workers in employment law matters in New Jersey and New York. We help our clients address concerns at various junctures, including before they have been hired, when they have disputes or concerns at their current job, while they are preparing to leave a position, and after they have been wrongfully terminated or otherwise left their job. In each instance, our attorneys work hard to craft practical and creative solutions to help our clients achieve their monetary and career objectives.

Representing Executives and ManagementOur New Jersey employment law attorneys provide executives and others in senior positions with sophisticated legal advice concerning the implications of complex employment issues, including issues involving equity, incentive compensation, and bonuses. We represent employees at the most senior levels in contract negotiations, including negotiations in which equity in the company is (or should be) involved.
Our attorneys engage in negotiation and litigation to enforce employee and shareholder rights, as well as to obtain relief from non-compete agreements and other restrictive covenants.

In addition, two of our attorneys serve as mediators in both private and court ordered employment law mediations.
